This is my daughter's 5th birthday cake. She was undecided about what she wanted until she saw the cake on the previous post. So we hurried and threw together a castle for her. The towers are all made from rice krispie treats. The tiers are all cake. The best part of my job falls on my children's birthdays and we get to spend time together making their cake. Love you so much Lexi!!! Can't believe you are 5!! -25 servings
