Macy

This cake was designed using a couple different pictures the bride and groom came across on the internet. Flowers from the bride's bouquet and their colors were all brought together to create their cake. The picture doesn't show it very well, but on the top are fondant strawberries dressed as a bride and groom. It was a very cute detail thrown in by the couple and I hope they loved them and the way the cake turned out. It was wonderful to meet their families and share a part of their day with them! Good luck!

This winter themed cake was a lot of fun to do. The bride decided to have a cupcake tree style of cake to minimize the hassle of cutting and serving cakes to her guests. 130 cupcakes were wrapped with baby blue and black ribbon and glued together with a snowflake. The bride and groom's portion sat on top with coordinating colors of fondant. I rarely get to see the bride's reaction when a cake is picked up or delivered, but I hope she loved it. Good luck together!

I think that meeting the couples has been my favorite part of this whole business. The bride who designed this cake was very creative and fun to work with! We had a lot of fun incorporating her colors into a Hawaiian themed cake. Their reception was just about the cutest set up I've ever seen! I wish them the best of everything! Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your story!

Tinkerbell

This cake has just about made me fall in love with Birthday Cakes. This cake was put together with a few pictures that were found on the web for a little girl who is just in love with Tinkerbell. I hope that she loved it and that her party was as fun for her as it was for my Lexi. Thanks!

Chelsea

Simple and elegant was the look the bride wanted for this cake. At the base of each tier, real ribbon sets a border below royal icing polka dots. An amazing florist finished off the cake with a beautiful arrangement of flowers, and unfortunately I wasn't able to get a picture of the final product. Best wishes to the bride and groom! You are lucky to have each other! :o)

This may have been one of my favorite cakes so far. I am a huge fan of dark red and brown together, and set against a cream fondant it turned out really well! The middle tier was set like a diamond in between the two square tiers to add a very unique touch. The pictures are a little dark, but I hope the bride and groom were happy with the results that night! Thanks and congratulations!

Fisherman

This cake ended up being pretty simple but very fun to make! My brother in law absolutely loves fly fishing, so we decided to indulge him... The little guy and all the rocks were made from fondant. He chose a party swirl cake with cream cheese frosting. Hope your birthday was the happiest! :o)

Haunted "Gingerbread" House

So my attempt at making a scary looking haunted house turned out a little more like a gingerbread house with halloween figures around it. :o) But it was still fun to make, and tasted wonderful (most important!) It was a fudge marble cake with coconut cream cheese frosting in between the layers and fudge frosting on the outside. It was a little rich, but really is there such a thing? :o) Happy birthday Jared, and Happy Halloween Nate Family, GREAT party as always!

Mary Kay Party

Many of you will know that pink and black are the signature colors for Mary Kay. So using that color scheme, this cake was designed for a debut party for a friend who just signed on as a consultant. Cream cheese frosting covers a chocolate fudge cake, with fondant circles, and a fondant bow to top it all off. I hope the party was a hit, and that the cake was exactly what you wanted. :o)

Megan

Combining two designs from previous cakes, we put this cake together for the birthday girl. The letters were made from fondant and decorated to try and match the mom's scrap booking talent. The flowers are made from gum paste. So sorry we missed the party, hope it was great!

Cassie

This cake was a lot of work that I was very pleased with in the end. The design was based off a table cloth the bride found for her reception, and also the calligraphy swirls from a previous cake. The daisies tied in the yellow from her color scheme. I hope your day was as great as you both! Thanks so much!

Sandy

This cake was by far the most elegant cake I've ever tried to do! By using pearl dust, the calligraphy swirls were hand painted on and the base was piped with a dark chocolate icing. It was then garnished with roses and moss leaves found in the bride's bouquet. A sweet addition to a wonderful day. Congratulations to the new couple!

Weddings are parties right? Yes siree! Topped with a fun bow, this wedding cake was designed to look like gifts stacked on top of each other. The ribbon and gumpaste flowers were used to match all the colors of pink that were used. The ribbon was also painted with pearl dust to add a shiny finish. Thanks so much Mandy, you deserve the very best!

Accented by an elegant fountain, this cake turned out stinkin' cute! The bride wanted her colors tied in with the cake along with some fun polka-dots. If you knew her personality, this is just the perfect cake for her. The best of the best luck to you guys! Thanks for asking me to do your cake! Sure love ya!

A cupcake tree design was chosen to take care of the wedding cake and dessert in this case. Surrounded by all the other beautiful additions of the open house, the colors and style blended together very well. Good luck Morris couple!

Lindsie

Thanks to the bride's imagination, this cake was designed just for her. It incorporated her wedding colors and a version of some flowers in her bouquet. It wasn't as beautiful as her, but it turned out really well! Congratulations, you cute two! :o)

This was a cake done to celebrate a whole month of family birthdays. It is covered in fondant with the dots and the bow fondant also. Each family member celebrating a birthday that month has their name on one of the blue dots. Happy May Birthday's Nate family!

Made for a friend who loves frosting but not fondant. The fondant ribbon and flowers are easy to remove without taking away the yummy frosting they chose! Happy Birthday Becca! Good job for remembering Tyler... :o)

Winnie the Pooh

Making this cake was so much fun! I had a definite picture in my head about how this should turn out; we've all created those pictures from reading Winnie the Pooh since we were little haven't we? The figures are from the dollar store, but made for some fun presents in the end. The grass and waterfall are icing and the little flowers are made from gum paste. I hope your day was the best Lexi! I love you so much!

Treasure Island

I LOVE theme cakes! This was one of the "funnest" to make. It was done for a big group celebrating three different birthdays. One was the big 40, thus the over the hill sign. The theme for their party was Treasure Island, so it was fun to try and incorporate other figures (all fondant) on the cake to bring that out. Thanks so much to you all, hope it was delicious!

Princess

Made especially for a little princess! Everything but the towers and the princess are edible on this cake. The ivy was piped on, and the other additions were made with fondant. It was so much fun to create this cake with the help of birthday girl's mom. Thanks for the fun!

Hunter

I had heard that hunting themed cakes were hard, but I had a lot of fun with this one! The figures were all made out of fondant, and tootsie rolls were added to make the "deer" (or dog with antlers :o) ) and the fire wood. Next to the fire there is the infamous cooler and dutch oven, necessities when camping or hunting. :o) This was so much fun! Thanks and Happy Birthday!
