I have wanted to try one of these cakes for a long time, and I hope to do another one soon. It was a ton of fun and I got to try out some new techniques. All the pink and white is fondant. Even Barbie's crown is made from fondant with added jewels. I hope the birthday girl had a wodnerful day! -15 servings
