Most guys don't get into birthday's much, but when it's your 50th you better expect your wife to get to a cake! This was another hunter/camping design made just for a guy who loves the outdoors. Hope it was great! Happy 5oth!
Pink and brown are definitely the most popular colors right now I'd say. This cake combines those colors, round and square cakes, and a bow to top it all off. This was made for one of my cute cousins. Happy Birthday!
Little girls can be sweet and also love basketball right?! The cake was made with her favorite colors, pink and lime green to show the birthday girl's sweet side. Then it was topped with a foam ball covered in fondant to make the basketball. At the bottom, white and lime green jersey's have basketball sayings on them, this represented her competitive basketball side. The party looked like a lot of fun, hope it was!

I've said before that a wedding cake describes a bride's personality a lot, and this one does too. Simple and elegant all at the same time. I don't have a picture of the final set up, it tied in her wedding colors a little more. Thanks for letting me help! Good luck and congratulations to you both!

I just wanted to let you all know that I'M OFFICIAL! Which means "Ashley's Cakes by Design" is a real operating business here in South Eastern Idaho! Yeah! But that also means I have to add a 6% tax onto my final sales. :o( The prices I have listed on my main pricing page do not have the tax added to them. You have to take the good and the bad right? I hope that won't sway any of you away! Thanks to all my loyal customers!

This birthday girl would have loved nothing more than to be in Hawaii for her birthday instead of stuck in the snow. She didn't want too big of a cake, so we did it pretty simple. I hope the bright colors helped out and made her smile. If it could only be sunny everywhere?! Happy birthday DW!
This cake was made for a Corvette lover. That alone made me a little nervous about doing this sort of a cake. As always though I do like the stress of a challenge. My three year old said it looked like Lightning McQueen...so at least it looks like a car right? :o) I had a lot of fun doing it, and I hope the man of the day enjoyed a fun twist on a birthday cake!
This could easily be for my little girl, her favorite color is green! She loved this cake, hopefully as much as the birthday girl. This was a fun cake designed by mom for her daughter's 18th birthday. I hope the day was wonderful! Thanks!
This birthday boy loves all the hero's, so we decided to incorporate them all! Everything, including the cake plate is made of or covered in fondant. It was a really fun theme to work with! Thanks! Happy Birthday guy!
